Echoes Shawl
Yarn: DK or WORSTED weight: 1 skein each of 3 colors; Samples were worked in superwash wool using 100g skeins (DK: 245 yd/100g; Worsted: 218 yd/100g)
Gauge: Gauge is not critical, but here are my (unblocked in mesh stitch) measurements for each weight using the hook sizes specified below: DK: 5.5 st/inch; WORSTED: 5 st/inch.
Hooks: DK: I (5.5mm); WORSTED: 7mm
Measurements (blocked): DK: 30” x 62” ; WORSTED: 36” x 50”
Notions: Yarn needle (for weaving in ends); One removable stitch marker to mark right side (optional)
Skill Level: Adventurous Beginner
Misc.: This shawl is worked in a sideways, asymmetrical triangle shape through one increase on the right-side edge of each row.
