Eco Knit Adaptable Corndolly Jacket
This is one of the designs which will be featured in the Stables shoot for the charity book Aspley Collection Book 1 due to launch in June 2012. Aspley Guise Lower School have a massive task of having to raise £80,000. Its a massive project so I have joined forces with Cascade yarns and Rico Design to produce this book which I really hope you will like.
This design has some real benefits for you mums that know what its like for your child to have growth spirts so I have put this design together to cater for this and for adjustments to be easily made.
The design starts from the waistband, so you end up with a cast off edge at the shoulders and also a cast off edge at the bottom of the skirt so you can easily make length adjustments.
You have a cast off edge on the cuff and cast off edge on the top of the sleeves so you can make quick alterations there. Armhole Edges have a wrap edging so you can also detach the sleeves completely if desired.
bands are added so cast off edge is at the bottom so adjustments to band length can also be carried out.
Its a fun design.
There are more Stables Shoot Designs to come followed by Woburn Abbey and Up The Allotment all for this book so watch out for more designs being loaded on over the coming weeks for this book
