This is my own design fbased on the EDF Energy Zingy advert mascot made into a small toy and a cushion cover.

They have been designed to be made from two 100g balls of Sirdar Supersoft Aran, shade 0897 (Tangerine)

You will also need some oddments of white and black double knitting wool (and felt for the toy face)

A small amount of toy stuffing and size 4.5mm and 3.75mm knitting needles and three buttons for the cushion.

Two balls of the Sirdar Supersoft Aran will make a cushion and a handfull of Zingy toys.

The cushion cover fits up to an 18 inch (45cm) round cushion pad although you can use a square one if you squish in the corners. It buttons across the middle of the back.

The finished toy is approx 11cm tall made with aran wool but if you want to make a smaller one or use as a keyring make him in double knitting wool !
