This hat is for advanced beginner or semi intermediate, using basic knitting, basic decrease, simple stranded, and slip stitch.

This pattern is in written pattern and chart.

I made this hat in three sizes: child, adult small, and adult big. All in the same height. So maybe you will find that for child-size it will be a little bit slouchy.

The samples knitted in SA Poyeng yarn (acrylic) in 6 solid colors, but feel free using any DK yarn that suited for 3.5 - 4.5 mm knitting needle.

My advice is just to dive into your old stashes where you save your leftover from the previous project instead of open new ball of yarns.

What you need are = DK weight yarns in 6 solid colors and needle in suitable size, and a pom-pom maker or ready to used Pom-pom.
