Edgewater Clutch
Dive into your scrap basket to create an Edgewater Clutch! This stylish zipper pouch is designed to use up scraps of worsted weight yarn in a colorful, eye-catching medley.
You can put odds and ends as short as 12 yards to use to work up this simple yet stunning market-friendly piece. Its seamless construction ensures a quick work-up, with just a little sewing to attach the zipper. A lining is not necessary unless you prefer one.
Uses basic crochet stitches including CH, SLST, SC, HDC, DC; includes written instructions for crocheting into both sides of a chain.
This pattern uses US crochet terms and measurements (yards/inches).
Finished Measurements
The pattern is written for two sizes – a wristlet of approximately 6” by 3.5”, or a clutch of approximately 9” by 4.5”.

Yarn and Yardage Requirements
90-135 yards worsted weight yarn in up to 9 different colors, any fiber. You may also hold a fingering or sport weight yarn double.
Gauge
Gauge is not crucial, so long as your stitches are dense. You will measure the width of the piece partway through to determine zipper length.
