Edith Scarf was designed after my Granny Edith, who loved to crochet. Worked entirely in HDC, this pattern uses an easy to memorize 2-row repeat, making it quick and easy to work up, and Reversible too. The bias shape gives it beautiful drape, and the length gives you endless possibilities on how to wear it. A few suggestions are shown in my photos.

Skill level: very easy, it only uses chain sts and HDC (which I give instructions on how to do in the pattern). Very quick to make also, I made it in a weekend while watching a couple of movies.

Yarn: #3 lightweight yarn, sport yarn, aran weight yarn, I used Bernat Softee Baby Stripes 2 balls or 560 yds (520m). The scarf is easily adjustable to make it any length you want depending on the yarn you have.

Size: my scarf ended up being 7” wide (18cm) X 76” long (193cm), and I used up all of my yarn.
