This pattern contains material info and instructions for cowls in both Fingering/Sock and DK weight yarn!

Some people get super excited for spring, some for winter, and some are just egg-sighted for just a dusting of speckles and fun, happy colors! Either way, the Egg Sighting cowl’s got you covered, so let’s hop to it!

The cowl’s design was inspired by the spirit of an easter egg hunt, with tiny egg shaped mosaic wrapped in colorful bands, all nestled in a sweet base color.

The fingering weight cowl is light and sweet for fairer weather, and if you’re looking for something warmer, the DK version if perfect!

You don’t have to use minis, you can even use leftover yarn from your stash, those little 1/5-skeins you’ve been saving! Isn’t that egg-sighting? Happy Knitting!

Pattern is written, final size of fingering weight cowl is approx.12” along cast-on edge by 14” along bind-off edge, 13” top to bottom. Final size of DK cowl is approx. 14” across cast-on edge by 17” across bind-off edge, 18” inches top to bottom.
