This chalk bag is nearly completely made up of half-double crochet. The shaping is incredibly easy to follow with simple increasing and decreasing of half-double crochet stitches. You can finish this little eggplant in a couple of hours and get out climbing!
MATERIALS
Worsted weight acrylic yarn, under 100 g of total yarn needed: Lion Brand’s Vanna’s Choice Yarn is an excellent yarn with many, many color options. The dark purple base uses ~60 g of yarn and the green leaves use ~30 g of yarn.
Size H (5 mm) crochet hook
Finishing needle
~1 yard of paracord for belt
