I have always been fascinate with ancient Egypt and one year I came up with the idea to crochet some Egyptian Christmas ornaments. This cute little filet crochet lotus flower is one of the results. I also hang them all over the house as conversation pieces. They are stiffened with sugar starch. The recipe is included in the instructions. It is made with Knit-Cro-Sheen and a size 9 steel crochet hook.

Finished ornament measures 3-1/4” wide by 2-3/4” high.
