Egyptian Wall Painting - The Pharaoh's Tomb
From book: This period, c. 1500 BC, was called the Golden Age of Egyptian civilization. The complete painting shows Pharaoh Horemheb offering libations of wine and it is supposed to portray the glory of Pharaoh in afterlife.
The sweater includes some of the hieroglyphics found in the Pharaoh’s tomb. Their strong color and bold black lines make them easy to translate into jacquard and intarsia knitting.
