Eilish is a pretty, easy to knit, & comfortable to wear headband. This pattern uses very little yarn - less than 30 yards (27 meters) and knits up in no time! Eilish is a great pattern for beginning knitters due to its simple design, but is nice enough for all levels. I first knit this little beauty up to keep the hair out of my face while driving with the windows down. My daughter takes it and wears it as a hair accessory rather than a necessity so it works great for both! Another great thing about this pattern is how easy it is to adjust the size; simply knit less Garter rows to make it smaller or more Lace rows to make it larger.

Stitch gauge is 20sts/4in (10cm). Row gauge is not important since you knit it to fit your length. As written the headband measures out to about 13 inches (33cm).
