I designed this pattern for my father. He doesn’t like hats, but he also has a big head and can never find earwarmers that suit him. So I came up with this pattern to fit his head, but I also added a little fun touch with the Einstein relativity formula (since my father is a great physics lover!).
The ear warmers are knitted flat and then joined together in the back.
