This pattern is written specifically to use with handspun yarn of a variety of yardages, but also can be used with regular machine spun yarn. Just find the center of your yardage, then following the instructions knit a tip to tip triangular shawl. If using a striped yarn the stripes will get thinner and thinner as you work toward the center. With a 2 stitch cast on and a 2 stitch bind off and little in the way of left over yarn, this is a satisfying and fun knit.
