DE: „El Diamante“ ist Spanisch und heißt „Der Diamant“. Diese Anleitung schwirrte mir schon lange im Kopf herum. Die Form des Tuches ist rautenförmig und erinnert an einen Diamanten. Außerdem greift das Hebemaschenmuster die Form des Tuches auf und bildet so die Facetten.
Und warum jetzt der Spanische Name? Das im Original verwendete Garn Concept Silky Lace ist von Katia – einer in Barcelona/Spanien angesiedelten Marke. Und um den Roten Faden beizubehalten, trage ich auf den Bildern ein Kleid einer Marke, die ebenfalls in Barcelona ansässig ist. Olé!

EN: „El Diamante“ is Spanish and means „The Diamond“. This pattern has been swirling around in my head for a long time. The shape of the shawl is reminiscent of a diamond. In addition, the diamond pattern picks up the shawl shape and forms the facets.
And why the Spanish name? The original Yarn Concept Silky Lace is from Katia, a Barcelona/Spain-based brand. And to keep the theme, I wear on the pictures a dress from a brand that is also based in Barcelona. Olé!
