Elephant X Loom
128 peg 1/2” gauge x loom was used to make this elephant with a minimum of 24 pegs used and a max of 48 pegs. This is a challenging elephant but well worth the effort when a full 2 part video tutorials are provided along with the written instructions. I used the Lions Brand Vel-Luxe yarn, it can be testy and if you so choose to do that yarn with this project be gentle, you can use a bulky to worsted yarn for this project. The results might be slightly smaller. You will want some paracord and lots of stitch markers for this project. You can try to do this on a regular loom but you will need to be aware of the adjustments such as taking 12 stitches off for the legs to accommodate a 24 peg loom. Also do a straight number of rows for the back of the head rather than the increase. You can internally decrease for the trunk and be able to make this on some round or an adjustable loom. Cute and fun pattern!!!
