Love to go hiking in the mountains? Me too! I love wearing hand-knit socks when I gain elevation. This pattern incorporates different styles of ribbing to produce a well-fitting sock. These would make an excellent gift!

Fingering weight yarn, approximately 300 yards
– depending on size of foot and length of leg
US 1 / 2.25 mm needles, or size needed for gauge
Scissors
Yarn needle

16 sts and 22 rounds in 2 inches of stockinette
