This is actually a bookmark. When I finished it, I thought it looked like it could fit an elf, thus, the name, Elf Scarf.

I used an old steel crochet hook that says it is a #6, no millimeters were listed. I found on a chart that it should be 1.8MM. You may use any size hook you feel comfortable with, as well as the thread/yarn you are comfortable with, for a different sized bookmark.
