Make an Elf Kitchen or Bath Towel Topper Ring with decorative red and white striped skirt, green chevron pointed border, and a fun bell on the tip of the strap, making it look like the tip of an elf hat! This is NOT CONNECTED TO THE TOWEL. Directions given to make a fold-over strap that buttons around an oven or cabinet handle, or a knob-hole strap that can go over a cabinet knob or hook.

These towel rings are wonderful!! They look beautiful and last longer than the traditional towel toppers since you do not have to wash the ring every time you wash the towel! They are washable, but you will only need to wash it occasionally, if it gets food on it or gets dirty. These also make excellent gifts!!
