Meet Elio, the little sun! Elio always wanted to know why so many people are going to the beach every summer - this was a real mystery to him. Now, he finally decided to take a day off to find out. And it seems he’s having a lot of fun!
Elio’s name comes from Hélios (Ήλιος) which means “Sun” in Greek.

LANGUAGE:
English (US terminology)

MATERIALS:
-Cotton yarn in 6-7 colors
-Thread of black and white yarn
-Crochet hook for the yarn you use (I used a 2,5mm hook)
-Stitch marker or a thread of yarn
-Scissors
-Tapestry needle
-Soft toy stuffing

SIZE:
If made with suggested yarn and hook, Elio will be approximately 20 cm | 7.90 inches tall.

LEVEL:
Intermediate

SKILLS NEEDED:
-Basic crochet stitches like chain, slip stitch, single crochet.
-You should know how to: make a magic ring, work in continuous rounds (spiral), work in front loops only, work in back loops only, do color changes, sc increase and sc (invisible) decrease.
-Basic sewing skills to sew parts together.
