Hi everyone! This is Elio the Triceratops! Elio is a baby triceratops who is still too young to walk for a long time, so he falls asleep anywhere and everywhere! Elio’s name means ‘the sun’ in Italian which is fitting because his favourite place to sleep is outside with the sun shining over him!

Elio is a step-by-step beginner-intermediate PDF crochet pattern on Etsy. The pattern includes a picture guide and tips to make your project even better. This is one of my favourite patterns to make and I hope to see more Elios in the future.

Elio stands approximately 11cm tall and 17cm wide using the yarn advised in the pattern. But don’t worry if you don’t have the same yarn! You can use yarn of your choice for Elio!

I am a left-handed amigurumi designer but don’t worry if you’re not! This pattern has been tried and tested by both left and right handed crocheters!

Elio is only available in English for now and uses American crochet terminology.
