Shown In
Universal Yarns, Fashion Cotton Light & Long Tweed DK, 50 grams/185 meters (47% cotton, 43% acrylic, 7% polyamide, 3% viscose)
The sample shown used about 3/4 of one ball. Because it has a subtle color striping effect, the same yarn was used for both the body and the border. You could also use one color for the cowl and a contrasting color for the tied loops border.

Gauge
14 sts by 16 rows per 4” blocked.
Because this is a Spring weather cowl, it is designed to be loose and drapey. Gauge is not super important. You can use any size yarn or hk you like by adjusting the number of repeat rows. Just be aware it will also affect the required yardage.
