Punto Brioche = (le abbreviazioni che userò sono le abbreviazioni che vengono usate universalmente nelle spiegazioni del Punto Brioche. Manterrò le sigle e spiegherò il loro significato)

BRK = Punto Brioche, lavorare insieme la maglia con il suo gettato.
SL1YO = il filo del lavoro è sul davanti, passare la maglia successiva come per lavorarla a rovescio, passare il filo sopra il ferro sopra la maglia passata, verso il davanti tra i due ferri, in posizione per lavorare la maglia successiva (maglia passata e gettata sono considerate un’unica maglia)
WYIF = con il filo rivolto verso di te, davanti
WYIB = con il filo lasciato dietro
BRP1 = Punto Brioche a rovescio, lavorare la maglia a rovescio insieme al suo gettato.
BRK1 = Punto Brioche a dritto, lavorare la maglia a dritto insieme al suo gettato
ABBREVIATIONS:

YO = Yarn Over
W&T = Wrap and Turn. Bring yarn to the front, slip one stitch from left hand needle to the right, bring yarn to the back and slip stitch beck to left hand needle. Turn work and bring to the back.

Brioche Stitch = the acronyms I will use are the ones usually employed to explain Brioche stitch. I will explain each one of them as we go.

BRK = Brioche knit also known as bark, knit the stitch (that was slipped in the previous row) together with its yarn over.
SL1YO following a K or BRK st = (slip yarn over) bring the working yarn under the needle to the front of the work, slip the next stitch purl-wise, then bring the yarn over the needle (and over the slipped stitch) to the back, in position to work the following stitch.
BRK = Brioche knit also known as bark, knit the stitch (that was slipped in the previous row) together with its yarn over.
SL1YO following a P or BRP st = (slip yarn over) working yarn is already in front, slip the next stitch purl-wise, then bring the yarn over the needle (and over the slipped stitch), then to the front under the needle, into position to work the following stitch.
WYIF = with yarn in front.
WYIB = with yarn in back
BRP1 = Brioche Purl also known as burp, purl the stitch (that was slipped in the previous row) together with its yarn over.
BRK1 = Brioche Knit also known as bark, knit the stitch ( that was slipped in the previous row) together with its yarn over.
BRKYOBRK = Two stitches spring out of the center of one stitch (the marked stitch) with this increase. In the marked stitch: work a bgkyobrk as follows: bro, yo (yarn forward under needle then over needle to the back), then bark into the same stitch. 2 sts inc’d.
