Pattern is largely join as you go, requiring sewing only for the hair. She measures 11 1/4 inches when worked in worsted weight with a 3.25 mm hook, but can be made in any weight with hook adjusted accordingly. Getting an exact gauge is not important for this pattern, but it will affect the finished size.
