Elizabeth Scarf
While scarves are reversible, sides are not identical, RS and WS are labeled for orientation purposes only.
I designed this scarf to push the boundaries of welting; I wanted to see if I could make a scarf where each side had welts that were not visible on the other side. I think it looks like a stretched out Elizabethan neck ruff.
