The Elk Meadow Pullover is a retro-chic throwback design with modern appeal. The color palette, circular yoke construction, and simple geometric design blend 1980s style elements with current ready-to-wear style. This relaxed-fit pullover is worked from the top down seamlessly to the hem.

Yarn Brooklyn Tweed Arbor (100% American Targhee wool; 145 yd/1.75 oz): driftwood (light gray; MC), 5 (5, 6, 6, 7, 8) skeins; heron (blue-gray; CC1), 2 (2, 3, 3, 3, 3) skeins; Rainier (blue; CC2), 2 (3, 3, 3, 3, 4) skeins; Degas (light tan; CC3), 2 (2, 3, 3, 3, 3) skeins.
Needles Size 5 (3.75 mm): 16”, 24”, and 32” or longer circular and set of double-pointed. Size 6 (4 mm): 32” or longer circular and set of double-pointed. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers; stitch holders; waste yarn for provisional CO; size F/5 (3.75 mm) crochet hook; spare size 5 (3.75 mm) or smaller circular needle; tapestry needle.
Gauge 24 sts and 30 rnds = 4” in St st on smaller needle; 25 sts and 28 rnds = 4” in Colorwork patt on larger needle.
Notes This pullover is worked in the round from the top down. The back neck shaping and lower edge shaping are worked with short-rows.
