These 4ply garter stitch baby shoes have an optional i-cord or ribbon ankle tie. This style of shoe is also available in 3ply.

To fit foot: 7 (8-9-10) cm 2¾ (3¼-3½-4) inches.

Yarn required: 1 (1-1-1) ball Patons Big Baby 4ply, 100g balls@420m.

Needles required: A pair of 3.25mm UK 10, US 3/4 knitting needles.
2 double-pointed 3.25mm UK 10, US 3/4 knitting needles (for optional i-cord).
Wool needle for sewing up.

Other requirements: 96 (102-108-114) cm narrow ribbon, cut in half (for optional ribbon tie).

Tension: 27 sts and 54 rows to 10cm over garter st, using 3.25mm needles
