This raglan mock turtleneck is sized for 5-10 year olds. The baby cable ruffles on the sleeves and hem add just a touch of whimsy. The front, back and sleeves are worked separately, then seamed together. To finish, stitches are picked up around the neck to add the mock turtleneck.
