Ellen - a Turtleneck Lace
I just love when form meets function! My Turtle~Neck~Lace was created just for that reason. I wanted a way to keep my neck warm, and be fashionable at the same time. A turtleneck, cowl, and necklace all in one, every time I wear it, I get complements!
There are also useful photos to help with the creation of your own piece.
