Elm Blanket
Leaves are at the center of this fun little blanket with an intuitive and easy to memorize pattern.
The pattern is written in two sizes, each of which can be knit with one skein in each of two colors.
Yarn
Miss Babs Killington (85% Polwarth Wool/15% Tussah Silk; 700 yd/8.5 oz (640m/240g) skeins) 2 skeins, one in each color, shown in Main Color: Old Gold and Contrast Color: Cordovan.
Or 560 (620) yards/513 (567) meters of Main Color and 310 (620) yards/284 (567) meters Contrast Color of sport weight yarn.
Finished Measurements
Small/Baby 30”/75 cm x 30”/75 cm, (Large/Toddler/Lap 40”/100 cm x 40”/100 cm).

Needles
US 7 4.5 mm DPNs and circulars, 16”/40cm and 40”/100 cm or size to obtain gauge.
Gauge
Blocked: 20 Stitches and 36 Rows = 4”/10 cm in garter stitch.
Unblocked: 21 Stitches and 36 Rows = 4”/10 cm in garter stitch.
Correct gauge is not critical for this project, but your final measurements and yardage requirements may vary if your gauge is different.
