This is a pants pattern, made with our favorite sesame street character in mind Elmo. Also, I wanted all of us crocheters to be able to make the cute monster pants the knitters do ;)

I used a thinner ww #4 yarn, if your are using a thicker ww #4 yarn (ex: RH supersaver) please check guage, you may have to use H Hook
