Se teje la espalda y el delantero por separado empezando desde abajo hacia arriba. Se cosen los hombros y se levantan puntos alrededor de todo el escote para tejer el cuello. Se levantan los puntos de los laterales para tejer los vuelos. Se hacen 4 cordones a crochet para amarrar el chaleco a ambos lados a la altura de la cintura.
