You start at the bottom with short rows for the rounded shape at the back. Then sts are decreased and you start knitting in the round. You need to cast on 3 extra sts for cutting the center front for the zipper. Knit to the armholes, then knit the sleeves and connect them to the body. The rest is charted up to the neck.
