This is a tulle dress, that was inspired by Elsa, but can easily be transferred to any princess, or whatever colors you love :) I have sizes 0-6 mos up to 5T. For size 6-12 mos, I used 1 skein of white and a partial skein of aqua blue. This pattern works up relatively quick, and what is cuter on a child, than a tutu??? This dress is perfect for parties, birthdays, or everyday dress up :)
