ELSA Lamp Shade
Over the weekend I worked on a new lamp shade for my son’s table lamp. This lamp is a heritage from my grandmother, so it will stay in the family and be honored through both of us….
A lot of work but a beautiful result, we love it very much.
Easy patterns - so also good for beginners!
Lana Grossa cotton DK yarn from my stash, with high tension on the crochet stitches and blocking through the metal frame of the lamp shade will prevent from buckling….
Used with a 4 mm Clover Armor hook.
I used 3 balls for the shade!
Easy to crochet because you only work with chains, double crochet and treble crochet stitches in different patterns.
beginning from the bottom up to the upper end.
You will get a written pattern of about 22 pages with a lot of pictures and crochet charts included. There is also a video tutorial mentioned for sewing to the metal shade.
The Video can be found on my Instagram account.
The pattern is easily adjustable because you only have to add or delete sts/rows for other lamp shade sizes.
If there are any questions, pls contact me via my email, over the links given in the pattern. or my social media accounts.
Happy crocheting experience to you!
