Elvas Violet Vibe
Design Lisa Renner
This sweater is worked top-down. It has a lot of elasticity due to the rib-pattern. We love to knit this one too long for a start. Then there will be plenty of opportunety to grow in the sweater and thus wear it for a long periode of time.
Use Prairie from Madelinetosh if you can get it. Or in Denmark: use Poem from Hesselgarn or use any other soft and good lace yarn.
Sizes 0 (3, 6, 12, 24) month (3, 4, 6, 8) years.
Lenth
26 (30, 34, 37, 39) (41, 43, 45, 48) cm
10½ (11½, 12½, 14, 15) (15½, 16, 17, 18) inches
Fits Chest
36 (43, 47, 51, 54) (56, 58, 63, 68) cm
14 (17, 18½, 20, 21½) (22, 22½, 24½, 26½) inches
Because of the rib pattern the chest measures are very fexible. You can count a +/- 10 to 15 cm.
So choose the age of your child and know this sweater will fit because of the elasticity in the rib pattern.
