This pattern is for my most popular hood design, the Elven Forest Hood!
Imagine yourself in the deep and mystical forest home of the woodland elves, this is the hood to wear to blend in with them, or the hood to wear when you are one of them.
It features a long liripipe in the back, it is roomy and oversized, it slips on over your head and features an attached neck cowl, that way when you are running through those magical forests, your hood can’t fall off, but it can be worn draped on your back.

This hood is suitable for all adults, one size fits most, unisex design.

Materials:
2 skeins of Lion Brand Homespun Yarn in color of your choice
Size K crochet hook (or size required to obtain gauge)

Pattern Notes:
Written in American terms.
Gauge: 8 sts and 3 rows in dc = 3”
Stitches used: chain (ch), double crochet (dc), slip stitch (sl st)
Worked in one piece
