A lacy cowl inspired by Elwing, one of the ladies from J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Silmarillion, who cast herself into the Great Sea, taking the form of a bird.

This pattern features 120 size 6/0 seed beads for a pop of color along the wing tips, and a ribbon lacing for just a touch of steampunk-esque flair.
