Elysian vest was created to bring luxurious softness to your layering game. This is cozy-casual sweater vest with open sides and a longer-in-back length.
This sleeveless piece is cut to a relaxed fit for an easy off-duty look and is completed with a block stitch pattern.
The vest is worked back and forth on the needles in 2 parts and sewn together on the shoulders.

There is a lot of positive ease. Model is wearing a size S and, is 168 cm tall (5’6’’) with a 89 cm/ 35 inches bust circumference.
Finished Vest width: approx. 57-72-87 cm or 22-28-34 inches.

♥ STITCHES - simple Knit and Purl stitches, K2tog (easy decrease).

♥ YARN - Super chunky yarn is great for beginner knitters. It works up really fast and you can also see what you are doing easily. It is simple to spot and correct any mistakes, and knitting with chunky yarn is generally just a lot of fun.
You can choose the yarn specified in the vest pattern or something similar enough. I used Crazy Sexy Wool yarn (color Duck Egg Blue) for this project.

“Crazy Sexy Wool” by Wool and the Gang or “The Wool” by We are knitters (100% wool, 200 grams/80 metres).
you will need 3, 4, 5 skeins for your size.

Knitting tension: 7 stitches and 10 rows = 10x10 cm (4x4 inches).

♥ NEEDLES - 15 mm (US 19): straight or circulars for larger sizes to comfortably fit all the stitches.
