Embellished Mosaic Belt
by Lori Ihnen
Note: gauge is 17 sts = 2 3/4” (Ravelry would not let me put exact gauge above).
A fun way to introduce color to a project is to add something unexpected. The use of cording from the fabric store is one such way. This belt is made using a simple mosaic stitch in two colors, and when finished, a cording is woven through and used to tie your belt around your waist or lower hips.
Uses 1 skein of each color, blue and plumb.
Easy to try on while making so the exact size can be made.
