Looking for a set of cable fingerless mittens? These mittens were designed to match the Embrace Shawl. They are unique and stunning! If you have knit the Embrace Shawl, finish off the set with these great mittens!

These mittens are knit in two parts. The cuff is first knit flat, and then stitches are picked up around the cuff to begin knitting the mitten in the round.

There are two weight options for these fingerless mittens as was for the Embrace Shawl. You will receive patterns for both the worsted weight mittens AND the DK weight mittens. You can choose to knit in either weight.

These mittens are designed to knit in the round. You can use a long circular needle for magic loop, or 4 dpns.

Both patterns come in 3 different sizes (length x cuff width):
Adult Small: 7” (18 cm) x 7” (18 cm)
Adult Medium: 7.5” (19 cm) x 7.5” (19 cm)
Adult Large: 8” (20.5 cm) x 8” (20.5 cm)

Gauge for worsted weight yarn:
18 stitches x 24 rows = 4” x 4” (10 cm x 10 cm)

Gauge for DK weight yarn:
22 stitches x 32 rows = 4” x 4” (10 cm x 10 cm)

The DK weight mittens are designed with Knit Picks Capra DK yarn.

The Worsted weight mittens are designed with Knit Picks Preciosa Tonal Worsted Yarn.
