My mother made a baby blanket just like this for me. Somewhere along the way it got lost, so I’ve recreated it here. Knit in oh-so-soft and warm alpaca yarn, the blanket is embellished with crochet embroidery in fuzzy brushed alpaca. Choose green and blue trim for a boy or purple and pink for a girl, if you’re feeling traditional. Or go crazy with any colors that you love.
