I was longing for spring so this blanket was inspired by the color green.

It includes 6 different mosaic patterns and therefore offers a wide variety of arrangements. This pattern also offers the opportunity to combine mosaic and tapestry, which creates an extra splash of color.
The pattern comes with 4 design option: a large blanket, a small blanket and two different table runners.

The blanket can be made in any size since the pattern can easily be adjusted.
If you keep strictly to the given instructions, you get a large blanket with the size of approx. 135cm x 184cm without border. There are also instructions for a small envelope border to hide your ends.
I used approx. 1800g of yarn for the large blanket.

The detailed pattern includes full written instructions, 6 printable charts, a photo tutorial for the first rows to get you started, a guide for the double border and a video tutorial for the tapestry technique.

The blanket is made in overlay mosaic technique (combined with tapestry), so you will need at least two contrasting colors.

Die Anleitung beinhaltet 6 verschiedene Mosaikmuster, die eine Vielzahl an Kombinationsmöglichkeiten bieten. Ausserdem eröffnet sie die Möglichkeit Mosaik- und Tapestrytechnik zu verbinden und so noch mehr Farbvariationen und -kombinationen zu kreieren.
Du findest 4 verschiedene Designvorschläge: eine große Decke, eine kleine Decke und 2 verschiedene Tischläufer.

Die Decke kann in verschiedenen Größen gearbeitet werden, da man das Muster leicht anpassen kann.
Wenn du streng nach Anleitung arbeitest, erhältst du etwa eine Größe von 135cm x 184cm ohne Rand. Du bekommst natürlich auch die Anweisungen für einen schmalen doppelten Rand, um die losen Fäden zu verstecken.
Für die große Decke benötigtst du mindestens 1800g Garn.

Neben einer sehr ausführlichen schriftlichen Anleitung erhältst du 6 Diagramme zum Ausdrucken, ein Fototutorial für die ersten Reihen, Erläuterungen zum Häkeln des doppelten Randes und ein Videotutorial zur Tapestrytechnik.

Die Decke wird in Overlay Mosaik Technik (in Kombination mit Tapestry) gearbeitet, dafür benötigst du mindestens 2 Kontrastfarben.

Für diese Technik reichen einfache Grundstiche aus: Luftmasche, Kettmasche, feste Masche und Stäbchen.
