YARN, GAUGE AND MACHINE:  4/2 cotton gets a gauge of 6  stitches/9 rows after washing and drying using a  stitch in the middle of the dial on mid-gauge machines  Have 1 lb. of yarn on hand.  SIZES: Finished bust 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44,  46, 48”  finished length may be 22, 24, 26, 28”. Choose the  one you want and use one of the 4 row counts given to get it. Some mid gauge machines cannot knit the largest sizes.
