The Emilia Dress / Top is a 2 in 1 pattern that can be customizable to be a dress or top! This elegant piece is a cottagecore girly’s dream with a flowy skirt, corset backing, and slightly puffy sleeves.

Any 2-4 category yarn (I used category 3/sport yarn)
Any crochet hook (I used 3.5mm)
Yarn needle
Stitch markers
Measuring tape
