Finally available as a single pattern, and also as part of The Emily Collection, this is one of my most popular ready made hot water bottle, second only to the Ruth Hot Water Bottle and equal to the Ophelia Hot Water Bottle.

It is delightful to knit, in this lovely thick Aran yarn, with a high alpaca content, making it perfect for warm and durability.

The pattern starts at the bottom with moss stitch, and after a few rows of garter stitch to define the pattern shift, changes to a simple yet striking cable pattern with neck shaping. The pattern is designed in two pieces, with a flap opening at the back.

Written for two sizes of hot water bottles 0.8/1 litre and 2 litre.

You can also buy the kit from KnitCrate.
