This year’s Year of Dishcloths patterns are inspired by my favourite books and fictional characters. This month’s dishcloth was inspired by the Emily of New Moon books written by Lucy Montgomery. Though Emily dreams of becoming a writer, she is inspired by the landscape and gardens of New Moon. The pretty lace cables around the edge of this dishcloth make it a fun and simple project.
