Vest knit with 2 colors at a time in stranded patterns. Knit in round with steeks. Shaped armholes with steeks. Square neckline (with steeks) No knitting back and forth. Vest can be made in 2 lengths, below waist or mid hip. Front has a separating zipper.
My granddaughter ordered this version in bright blue, long and with a zipper and is completely satisfied as this is how it turned out!
Size 36 to 51” chest. May be made for a man also.
It is composed of 5 colors but can be made with 2 if desired.
There are bands of Kihnu Vits braid which is fully explained and not difficult. I also explained how I sewed in the zipper by hand. All of the steeked edges are covered which turned out very smooth/ inside too.
