Emma
Second of three lace scarf patterns in Spring Time Trilogy.
A lovely scarf for all seasons: light and airy for spring and summer, and yet, warm enough for fall and winter. I chose a lovely hand dyed tonal yellow that reminds me of daffodils in the spring, such a lovely color after a long gray winter. A lace leaf center surrounded by simple cables gives the impression of wandering vines.
Pattern is knit with fingering weight yarn with size 4 needles. Feel free to use the yarn weight of your choice with needle size that will allow the lace to be displayed after blocking.
Finished project measures approximately 5 inches wide and 85 inches long when knit as written using fingering weight yarn and size 4 US needles.
Materials:
350 yards of fingering weight yarn
US Size 4 knitting needles
Cable Needle
Stitch Markers if desired
Tapestry Needle
