Knitting Pattern for a light sweater with a cable-lace pattern. The fit is loose with drop shoulders and a cropped length, so it works perfectly for example with high waisted jeans (but the total length of the sweater can be adjusted easily if you like to have it longer.
The front part is knitted with 4 columns of the cable-lace-pattern, the back is knitted in stockinette stitch. On the sleeves, there are 2 columns of the cable-lace-pattern. The sweater is knitted in four parts: front and back part and two sleeves. After knitting all parts you sew them together. In the end you attach a 1x1 rib cuff to the round neck of the collar.
If you prefer to knit in rounds, the body can be knitted in one piece until the armholes too.
