The Empress Sunset Shawl is one of the new designs in my Summer Shawls & Sips collection, releasing throughout the Summer of 2024. Empress Sunset is knit holding fingering and Suri lace together. It is so very soft and light!

This triangular shawl has two sizes to choose from depending on your preferred way to wear. The eyelets and cable spine keep you interested while working your shawl body. The border is finished with a beautiful scallop shaped lace panel.

The Empress Sunset was designed using Fuzz Family by KraeO Twisted Sister Fingering (2-ply; 85% Merino, 15% Mulberry Silk, 490 yd/448 m, 100 g) and Baby Suri (74% Baby Suri Alpaca, 26% Mulberry Silk, 328 yd/300 m, 50 g) in custom colorways for Size 2 Sample.

Size 1 Sample knit in Sew Happy Jane Organic Merino Fingering (100% Superfine, Untreated Merino Wool, 437 yd/400 m, 100 g) in Poppy Fields and Sew Happy Jane Magic Mohair (72% Kid Mohair, 28% Silk, 459 yd/420 m, 50 g) in Cream.
